Identify the supply route
For stock orders, check availability by style and size. Samples and custom bulk orders need an agreed development or production plan first. A listed style does not mean every size is ready for immediate dispatch.
Provide the destination for a useful quotation
Share the country or region, city, postal code and expected quantity. Freight depends on packed volume, weight, destination and method; check whether it is included in the quotation.
Recheck the recipient, contact details and address before dispatch is arranged. Mention split shipments or a nominated forwarder when confirming the order.
Separate dispatch and arrival estimates
Sampling, revisions, production and transport are different stages. Record the dispatch timing and transport arrangements separately. A carrier estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Contact the team promptly if you need to change an address or shipping plan so the current stage and available options can be checked.
Clarify cross-border costs and documents
Before accepting a quotation, check whether it includes freight, insurance, destination taxes and customs services, and which documents each party supplies. Responsibilities and charges follow the written order agreement; do not assume a displayed product price includes them.
Check the delivery
Check the packaging, quantity, style and size breakdown. If packaging is damaged or items are missing or visibly incorrect, keep the packaging, shipping label and photographs and contact the team with the order reference.
