Provide waist, hip, torso length, front/back rise and inseam, plus intended layers. Check sitting, bending and stepping in samples for tension at the bib and crotch before confirming the size split.

Specify strap width, adjustment range, buckle appearance, bib height and pocket-section proportions. Check access, divider stitching and pocket position against the waistline.
